How to manage tasks in drafts from the sidebar view?

How can I use Contractbook task sidebar in my drafts?

• When you open a Contractbook draft and click on the tasks icon in the right-hand sidebar, you will be presented with a full updated list of tasks assigned to the document, divided into sections in regards to the type of task (Approval, Review, Update, Milestone, etc.).
• With one click, you can mark them as complete straight in the sidebar view:

• If there are no tasks set up yet, you can start configuring them from the task sidebar view. We have prepared a suggested list with some of the most commonly used Contractbook tasks:

How to sort my tasks?

• You can always change the default overview of the task sidebar view: choose to sort by a Type of task, Due date, or whether it is Unseen. 
• All tasks which have already been completed can also be added to the overview (turn the toggle bar Show completed on) and hidden from it again (turn the toggle bar Show completed off)

Any of your tasks that have not been completed yet can be marked as completed directly in the task sidebar view:

    

How to edit, duplicate and delete a task?

You can Edit, Duplicate and Delete a task by clicking on the three small grey dots to the right of its name:

The drop-down menu allows you immediate editing of all details assigned to a task, its duplication, or a complete deletion. 

• To confirm editing a task, just click on the blue button called Update task after amending the details:

• To duplicate a task, the button leading to the final confirmation will be called Create a task:

• Now you will have two completely identical tasks assigned to the same draft in the task sidebar view:

• If you do not want to solve a task by completing it because it is not relevant anymore, or simply want to delete an already completed task in order to make room for new ones, you can permanently delete a task from the sidebar view:
