How to move and add Contractbook documents?
On Contractbook you will have the option to Move or Add your documents depending on the type of folder you wish to add them to:
When adding a document to a shared folder, the document will still be accessible in its original location within your private folder system.
This means that adding a document to a shared folder does not move it but duplicates it allowing the original file to always remain unchanged within its creation folder:
There will not be any changes done directly in the original draft you want to add there. All edits done by external collaborators will be only in the shared within the folder draft.
- Move documents to private folders: You can move any of your drafts, contracts, and templates between your private folders.
