How to move and add Contractbook documents?
On Contractbook you will have the option to Move or Add your documents depending on the type of folder you wish to organize them in.
When adding a document to a shared folder, the document will still be accessible in its original location within your private folder system. This essentially means that adding a document to a shared folder does not move it but simply duplicates it allowing the original file to always remain unchanged within its creation folder.
No matter with whom you now share the folder, there will not be any changes done directly in the original draft you want to add there. All edits done by external collaborators will be possible in the located in the shared folder draft only.
- Move documents to private folders: You can move any of your drafts, contracts, and templates between your private folders.
