What is a team documents folder?
In the team documents folder, you are provided with an overview of all your team member's documents, so you can collaborate easily and with full transparency.
The team folder will only be accessible for team owners and those team members (or viewers) who have been granted permission to see other team members' documents. This means the level of visibility and access will always be managed in full accordance with the team owner's decisions. Only the team owner will be capable of changing permissions levels, adding members and viewers, restricting access, or removing them from the team entirely.
Navigating in the team folder
1. Under your Documents tab, you will find your team folder under the folders menu on the left side of the screen.
2. To see your team's documents, click on the team documents folder and then on your team's name.
You will now see all your team members' documents. In the folders menu to the left, you can filter by selecting the name of specific team members. This will result in displaying only their own documents. Remember that only the active team members who have accepted your invitation to join the team will have their names available in this list and viewers will not be included since their documents are not visible to anyone else.
If you cannot see the documents of a specific team member or the owner of the team, this means you are not granted the permission access level to do so. Contact the team owner and let them know about that since they are having the right to amend needed changes.
The Contractbook team folder is a feature included in your team management that helps you navigate, organize and cooperate better than ever.
