The right to view another team member's documents is fully managed by the team owner on a user level. This means that you as the team owner can allow one user complete insight into another member's stored documents. The only documents you are not allowed to share with the rest of the team and you will not have access to as well, are the team viewers'.
How to add permissions to members and viewers?
1. Go to the Team tab from the top main menu on your Contractbook platform and find the team member/viewer whose access rights you want to change.
2. Press the blue button called Add permissions to the right of the name of the member/viewer:

3. Use the search bar to find the account/s the member/viewer should gain access to:

4. Press enter/select the user from the suggested list by entering their name or email address to complete the permissions management. The suggestions will include all members and viewers who are already invited to join your team, including yourself as the owner.
How to remove permissions to members and viewers?
1. Go to the Team tab and find the team member/viewer whose permissions you want to remove.
2. Press the blue button called Add permissions to the right of the name of the member/viewer:

3. All already granted permissions for the account will be visible in this view. Click the X sign which will be available to the right of the member's email address. This will revoke access to their documents for the member/viewer you are managing permissions for.
Note: Nobody in a team can access the documents of a team viewer. This means that you can not grant and naturally revoke yourself or any of your team members' permission to a team viewer's account.
