With Contractbook in-app HubSpot integration, you can make pipeline and contract management simple.
How can I use Contractbook and HubSpot integration?
Integrating with HubSpot will enable you automatic draft creation and HubSpot deal updating.
You need the following for this integration:
- You need to already be part of a Contractbook Team as a member or owner
- Sales Add-on as an addition to your Contractbook Foundation plan
- Template in Contractbook: To begin with, define which template will be used to create the draft as soon as a deal is moved in your HubSpot pipeline.
The contract draft which will be automatically created as a result of the automation will be customized with the help of the editable fields you add to your template. As such, deals in HubSpot must contain all the information you need to add to the auto-generated contract such as company name, email address, agreed price, billing details, MRR, ARR, etc. - HubSpot account: This integration requires Free Tools & CRM or Starter, Professional, or Enterprise of the following HubSpot plans:
- Marketing Hub
- Sales Hub
- Service Hub
- CMS Hub
- Operations Hub

With the help of the in-app Automation Builder, you can use the integration between Contractbook and HubSpot to list any of the following variables:
