How can I use Contractbook and Zenegy integration?
Now you can seamlessly synchronize documents between Zenegy and Contractbook directly in the in-app Automation Builder.
Integrating Contractbook with Zenegy will enable you to get employment agreements and other signed documents automatically imported to the relevant employees' profiles in Zenegy or create new records for more convenient access than ever before.

- When an employment agreement gets signed in Contractbook
- Then create an employee record in Zenegy
- Find or Create Employee Profile

What do I need for the automation setup?
- Contractbook Foundation plan + HR Add-on
- Zenegy account and workspace environment
- A Contractbook template or a draft of the contract you want to be used for the automation - all data points you want your Zenegy employee record to include must be available in the document as editable fields
- Lastly, you need to be part of a Contractbook Team as a member or owner
How can I connect Contractbook and Zenegy?
If you already have an HR Add-on as a part of your Contractbook subscription and you are already a part of a Team, you will be able to integrate with Zenegy.
By following the steps below, you can connect directly to your Zenegy account from your Contractbook account:
- Click on Automations tab from the top menu
- Click on Integrations from the left-hand sidebar
- Locate Zenegy under Human Resources section
- Click on the blue button Connect to initiate the integration
- In the pop-up window from Contractbook - Integrations, use your Zenegy login credentials to connect
- Review the requested permissions and choose Accept and install
In case you do not yet have subscribed to an HR Add-on, you can request that by following the steps below:
- Click on Automations tab from the top menu
- Click on Integrations from the left-hand sidebar
- Locate Zenegy under the Human Resources section
- Click on the blue button Connect to request the integration
- Fill in the short questionnaire and submit your request
