How to add Signees to my contracts?
Your contracts' recipient details will be added to the Signatures field of your documents.
You can add the final needed information about each Signee and connect them to a Party in the signatures section. Always be sure that the email address in this field is spelled correctly since this is where the recipient will receive a link to sign the contract.
You can add as many signees as needed and connect each of them individually to the right party from the beginning of your contract. Simply choose the relevant party from the "On behalf of" dropdown menu while adding the data of the signee.
Finally, customize your email message to the recipient/s and choose the signature type.
