Signees cannot find emails from Contractbook - how can I send them the contract directly for signature?
All Signees you have added to a contract you have created and sent out for signature will be allowed to access the document from its direct link.
Note: Any external Party will not have access to the contract unless they are included in the Party and Signature fields of the contract.
You have two options to compose the link to a contract you have created:
- Open the contract and copy the direct URL from that view
- Use this URL format and replace the Contract_ID part of the link with the document's ID: https://app.contractbook.com/contract/title/contract_ID
In addition to this workflow, you can always point out to your contracts' recipients to check their email inboxes. All Signature requests are automatically sent via email as soon as you click on Send for signatures button in your contract. If they are not able to find the email notification, they can search for firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can find the document's ID in the Details tab of the contract which you have created and sent for signatures:
