How do I remove unwanted signs from my template?

When any text input is copied from an external source and pasted into the body text of a Partner Tools template, it can generate unattended signs. Mostly the following sign: º
If any unwanted signs are being placed in your template, you can just delete the sign from the code and create a gap instead.
