What do I need for the automation setup?
- Foundation Contractbook subscription
- Admin rights to login to Partner Tools
- A questionnaire ready in Partner Tools which will trigger the automation
- A template of the document you want to be created in Contractbook once the drafter questionnaire is completed
How can I create a new Drafter questionnaire?
Our implementation specialists team can create questionnaires for you and you will then be able to select from them in a drop-down list in the in-app automation builder.
If you already have access to Partner Tools yourself, you can also create a questionnaire yourself. Here is step-by-step guidance on how to do that.
In case you do not have a questionnaire yet and do not have login credentials to Partner Tools either, you can request the creation of one directly from the Automation Builder.
Click on Automations tab from the main menu and then on the blue button Create new at the upper right-hand corner.
You will be redirected to a pop-up window where you can customize the automation's setup. To begin with, select the Drafter questionnaire completed trigger from the drop-down menu. This will automatically open a configuration window to the right in which you can define which questionnaire should start the automation.
Since you do not have a questionnaire yet, you will be able to submit your request from the Request access button or read more about Contractbook Drafter by clicking on Learn more:
