What is the New Tooltip, and how do we use it?
A tooltip is a small information box that can be added to any of your questions in your forms.
The tooltip can be used to add information or a specific explanation regarding the question or its purpose.
It will appear precisely at the spot where you decide to add it.
Examples of using a Tooltip to a question:
If, for example, you want to make the end user aware that Pizza is bad for their health:
- The first step is to click on the Question under your Questionnaire tab, to which you want to add a tooltip Description
- Then press ‘’Options’’:
- On this page, you can add a tooltip Title
- And a tooltip Description: this will become your message, which is meant to show the respondent of your Questionnaire more about the purpose of the question you ask them
For the end user (your Respondent with a link to the Questionnaire), the Tooltip that you add to a Question will look like this:
