Under the Documents tab in your Contractbook profile, you can get an overview of all your documents. This means that you can find all your drafts and contracts here regardless of whether they are pending, signed, or rejected.
We sort documents under different main categories to provide you with the best possible overview and enable you to quickly take action when and wherever needed.
How to monitor the status of a sent contract?
If you are the first signee in the signing order defined for your contract, it will automatically be sent to the next recipient after you sign it. Once the contract has been signed by all signees, you will receive an email notifying you your contract has been fully signed.
After a contract is sent and/or signed, you can easily monitor its status by choosing Documents from the top menu and navigating to Pending contracts tab under My documents folder.
In this view, you can keep an eye on the small icons to the right of the contract title.
- Arrow: If the arrow is green, it means that the contract was sent to the next signee.
- Eye: The eye will change color from grey to green if the recipient has opened the contract.
- Padlocks: The padlock indicates whether a contract has been signed or not. The color will change from grey to green if the contract has been signed by the recipient they appear by.
All icons are Grey by default if no action has been taken and change to Green as the relevant event happens. If you hover over the icons, a precise indication of the date and time the event has occurred will be displayed to you.

Note: You need to be the owner of a contract in order to be allowed to see the above details.
