You can define lookup tables for any number of variables and if the data matches one of the specific entities, the corresponding value will be used.

• With the Transform Data action in the Automation Builder, you can easily set up a fully automated workflow based on retrieving variables from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or any other CRM system and transforming them into the specific data that appears on the draft of a new contract.
