Customizing "Message to the recipient" in contracts

Is the “Message to the recipient” box customizable through HTML or equal?

Currently, you can only customize the box using text input, other sources are not supported at this stage.

After you send a contract to the selected signees they will receive an email including a direct link to the contract on our platform and the customized email message you have chosen in the previous step:

If the Recipients of your contract are new to Contractbook after clicking on Open contract they will automatically receive the rights to use our Recipient plan which allows them to sign an unlimited amount of contracts absolutely for free and keep them under their account for safe storage.

Can I customize the "Message to recipient" in my automations?

You can use the "Other tab" in your automatic contract drafts creation setup in the Automation Builder to fully customize your message to all recipients.

You can use this field in the No Code Automation Builder by combining text input and Data fields from the document used in the previous automation step:
