What do I need for the automation setup?
- Foundation Contractbook subscription
- Admin rights to create forms
- A completed form that will trigger the automation
- A template for the contract draft you want to be created in Contractbook once the form is completed
How can I create a new form?
- If you already have access to create and manage forms yourself, you can create a form: Here is step-by-step guidance on how to do that.
- Click on Automations tab from the main menu and then on the blue button Create new at the upper right-hand corner.
- You will be redirected to a pop-up window where you can customize the automation's setup. To begin with, select the form completed trigger from the drop-down menu. This will automatically open a configuration window to the right, where you can define which form should start the automation.
Since you do not have a form yet, you will be able to submit your request from the Request access button or read more about Contractbook Drafter by clicking on Learn more:
