Each Signee in a contract must be associated with a unique email address. If you try adding the same email address in the contact details associated with more than one Signee, you will continually receive the following error message: "Has already been used for another Signee".
Here is how to add a Signee with the same email address multiple times in your contracts:
If you add “+1” (or any numbers/letters after the + sign) to the end of the email address handle, our software recognizes it as belonging to the main email address but it functions as a unique email address to the contract. This way you will not receive the error message from above any longer.
For example:
If my real email address is tas@contractbook.dk, it can be used for adding multiple Signees belonging to my own account, by utilizing the structure of the following emails: tas@contractbook.dk, tas+1@contractbook.dk, tas+2@contractbook.dk, tas+3@contractbook.dk
As a result after defining the different Signees in the Signature field of the contract, I would like to send, Contractbook platform will detect 3 entirely different email addresses associated with unique Signees.
When the contract is sent for signature and the Signature notification emails are automatically sent, however, all of the messages for each required signature will arrive in the main tas@contractbook.dk inbox.
