About Contractbook’s Contract Management Plans for Scrive Users: Organise, Search, and Act on Your Signed Agreements in One Secure Workspace
Our Contract Management plans are designed for companies using Scrive for signing and who now want to organise, search, and act on their signed agreements in one secure workspace.
These plans are for post-signature use only - ideal for teams managing a growing portfolio of contracts.
Usage & storage
Every plan includes a set number of AI-uploaded contracts, covering all the documents you bring in to turn them into structured, searchable assets.
This means any agreements you upload, no matter how or where they were signed, can be easily found, filtered, and analysed within Contractbook.
Limits are based on the number of contracts stored. Each plan allows unlimited users under a fair-use policy (up to 100 users).
Uploaded Contract Limits
We track uploaded contracts (AI and regular uploaded contracts) across the lifetime of your account.
What’s included in each plan
Basic - Perfect for smaller teams or departments beginning to organise their contracts. You can upload and manage up to 1,000 signed contracts, centralise your document storage, and use AI to quickly search and summarise agreements.
Plus - Great for growing teams focused on renewals and staying compliant. Includes everything in Basic, plus reminders, customised contract views, CSV export, and onboarding support to help your team get started quickly.
Pro - Made for scaling organisations that need more control and deeper insights. Includes everything in Plus, and adds advanced data extraction, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and enterprise-level user management.

- We’ll reach out if you approach your usage limits, so there are no surprises.
