I cannot access my account as the 6-digit verification code is not sent

I have problems receiving the Login Verification Code - what do I do?

The first steps you can take to indicate the login verification code are:

  • Check your Email Spam, and Trash folders
  • Search directly by this subject line: “Your Contractbook login verification code”
  • Search by the Verification code's sender email: contractbook@app.contractbook.com

I have received the verification code but it does not work:

The reason for that could be based on one of the following:

  • A mistyped code
  • Multiple verification emails resulted in the wrong code being typed in - make sure to use the most recently sent to you verification code
