Some of the contract signees have not received an email

I have sent a contract for signatures, but some of the signees are missing the email notification - how can they find it? 

If you have sent a contract for signatures, all signees who are correctly addressed in the signatures field of your document will receive an email notification. 

  • First, open the pending contract and make sure that all signees' email addresses are correctly spelled - if an email address is spelled wrong, you can easily edit and resend for signatures by adding the correct email address of your signee.
  • Once the first step is checked, you can ask the signees to search for contractbook@app.contractbook.com in their email inboxes - in sporadic cases, the email sent from our platform might end up in the recipients' spam inbox. By searching directly for the sender of all automatic email notifications, your signees will be able to retrieve any lost in spam filter contracts communication.
  • If none of the above has helped, and your recipients still do not have access to the automatic email sent by the platform, you can use this guide to compose the direct link of your contract and send that to them.
