Contractbook in-app automation builder offers you a variety of automation workflows and integrations with your tech stack that you can use to empower your contract management without the need for developers.
Note: Automations are available to all users on our Foundation plan.
Click on Automations from the top menu and open My automations page from the left-hand side. You can then choose Create New from the upper right-hand corner of the page:

All automations allow you full customization by tailoring the steps.
For example, you can choose to automatically add all your signed sales confirmations to a shared folder and then automatically assign a reminder for a renewal task one year from the contract's signature.
The sky is the limit and you can use the precise logic which solves your manual work from start to end. Automated tasks and reminders connected to contracts make sure you are always ahead of the curve.
To ease the automation process for you, we have included an Automations dashboard view on a contract level. Once you open a draft, you can click on Automations in the right-hand sidebar to view any already applied automation workflows or use the recommended ones.
Simply click on the recommended workflow and you can start configuring the premade automation template.
