I cannot create a new template because of an error with my logo - how can I fix this?
If you are trying to create a new Template and run into the same error: "Company logo has invalid format" each time, the resolution is quite simple:
- Go to the Team tab from the top main menu and find your Team's logo at the top left-hand corner.
- Click on "Your company name" and choose to Remove the logo.
- Go back to your Templates and create a new template:
Now, the error message will not occur anymore, and you can easily create your new contract templates.
If you need the same company logo to appear automatically in all templates created within your team, you can use the Team tab to upload a new logo:
