When I download a signed contract as PDF, it is unlocked for changes - how can I assure only the original copy is valid?
- All downloaded PDF copies of signed contracts can be edited.
- Nevertheless, all fully signed contracts are cryptographically sealed, and if they get edited by anyone, the signature will no longer be valid.
- Remember that you and the rest of your organization will always be the only ones who have access to the Metadata fields that you have added to your documents from the Data fields sidebar.
