This article describes how to fill in data fields and sign a contract you have received.

What do I have to do to sign a contract with fill and sign option?
- Open the contract you have received:
- If the sender has assigned data fields to you, you will see them in the Fields Navigation sidebar:
- Click on each of the data fields assigned to you and type in their values.
- You can keep filling in the fields assigned to you until the last one is filled out.
- Clicking on the "Sign the contract" button will lead you to the final signature module:
- Once your signature is completed, you will see the confirmation module. It allows you to download the contract as a PDF, share it with others, and use the contract dates to set task reminders:
Where can I see the status of a contract I received to Fill & Sign?
- Use the Signature status sidebar on the right-hand side to check the sender's and other signees' activities in the contract you have received:
- And the Document history section to get information about all the steps until the contract's signature:
Can I reject a contract I have received?
- If you do not want to sign the contract, you can reject it from the top navigation section:
- Click on "Reject the contract" and write a message to the sender if you want to elaborate on the reason:
Can I request changes in a contract I received?
- Yes! You can click on the three dots at the navigation section of the contract you received for signatures, and choose "Suggest changes".
- Type in the specific changes you need the sender to create and confirm by clicking on "Send".
- This returns the contract back to the owner who can amend it and resend it to you.
Can I comment and add suggestions to the contract as a signee?
- The redlining of the document is possible while it is still in draft mode and only if the document owner grants you shared access with the ability to add comments and suggestions.
Can I see the history of changes in a contract I received for signature?
- The sender of the contract needs to share and enable you to have the visibility rights to access the document and version histories.
- If you have not gotten shared access to the document in its draft mode or after it was sent for signatures, you will not have access to the history of changes in its body.
