How to sign a received contract?
As soon as you have been added as a signee on a Contractbook-native contract, you will immediately get notified via email and in-app if you are already using our platform. Here is an example of what the notification looks like in your email inbox:
Your signature is requested, you can read the message from the contract's creator and can now start the signing process by Clicking on Open contract.
This will lead you to Contractbook platform, where you are able to simply follow the task line at the top of the document.
Depending on the type of signature requested by the sender of the contract, there will be either 3 or 4 steps for you to go through.
By following the blue progress line of your steps you can always keep an eye on how far in the process you are. And you will be advised about the particular actions each type of signature method requires.
